Overall, we are extremely pleased with our purchase.

The sides are reinforced with wood, which helps the screens absorb the weight of the windows, and while the stray gnat still can make it inside, larger bugs cannot. They expand into the window frames, and the window panes rest on top, creating a sturdy fit that stays put when the wind gusts in.

We wanted something to help keep the bugs out and our family pets in when the weather was nice enough to open our windows, without having to go through the expense of having custom screens made.
